Reaping the Prizes - Rose arrived back at her motel and a nice youthfull valet held the door for her as she alighted from the car. She left him the keys (feeling strangely exhilarated by his attention), then made her way from the car to her suite. Throwing her briefcase on the couch she made herself more convenient and phoned her assistant with instructions concerning the Deal. It didn't seem that lengthy since she herself was the assistant, and days like this were just a fantasy. Albeit it was only afternoon the day's events seemed like a brilliant reason to feast so Rose phoned room service and asked them to bring up a bottle of wine. She took off her clothes and lay back on the couch. To her annoyance the phone rang again, but when her caller revved out to be the CEO she had met today, she was actually pleased to hear from him. He said he had some more papers for her to sign and suggested that he call personally at her motel so they could meet in the lobby and go over them that evening, after which he would be honored if she would accompany him to dinner. She lay back on the sofa, idly running her frigs thru her hair, thinking that he was a very nice looking boy. She astonished herself by suggesting that he come directly to her room so they could work there. He seemed delighted with this arrangement and said he would be there around six. Rose was in the middle of determining what she could wear that night when the room service man arrived with her wine. She packaged a towel around herself and answered the door; he came in and opened the bottle with a pop! Like the rest of the staff at this motel he was very attentive, and as she was experiencing particularly generous, before she knew it she had given him an enormous tip! Laying back in the bath, drinking bubbly in the bubbles, she reflected on what a wonderful day it had been and that it emerged that the evening could turn out to be just as titillating. She had no idea that the Biz World could be so rewarding!
